Yum! My fiance loves Indian food- and I have severe food allergies, so I can’t eat it in restaurants. Lately I’ve been trying to learn some recipes so I can make it for us at home. I posted a Chicken Tikka Malsala a while back on my blog and he really loves that one. I will have to look through your recipes and let him choose a few! These look great- he would love them.

hey, i didn’t got how did you stuffed cheese in those tikki’s..??
also tell me what favorable sauce i can add-up to make it more yummy..??

  • Aakanksha Soni  says:

take small amount of mixture an flat it a little with your hands. put some cheese on it. fold the sides inside softly and slowly, there must not be any cracks, and there you go.. cheese is stuffed.
you can ad oregano, garlic paste, peas, corn to give aloo tikkis your twist, I prefer adding ingredients instead of packed sauces. sauce might not go well with cheese too, let the cheese melt from inside and if you like you can use sauces as dips.
